This is the PerspecSys Inc. Web site (the “Site”). You acknowledge that by using, browsing, accessing, and/or receiving information via any means from the Site, that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) stated below, and the PerspecSys Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”). PerspecSys reserves the right to revise the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy without notice, at any time. DO NOT use the Site if you do not agree to these terms and conditions.

1. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including export and re-export control laws and regulations.
2. You agree to observe and follow any and all other proprietary notices and copyright information the Site may contain.
3. Documents and graphics incorporated in these documents (the "Documents") from the Site may be viewed downloaded, copied
   and printed by you provided that the Documents are;

All rights, title, and interest are reserved by PerspecSys. If you obtain a product or service from PerspecSys from the Site that is provided without an agreement, that product or service is provided "AS-IS" with no warranties whatsoever, express or implied, and your use of that product or service is at your own risk.
6. Use of any information contained within the Site is at the user’s own risk. PerspecSys assumes no responsibility or liability regarding the accuracy of the information that is provided by PerspecSys.
7. Information contained on the Site may contain typographical errors, technical inaccuracies or omissions.
8. Any and all information contained within the Site may be changed, updated, or withdrawn without notice. PerspecSys may also make improvements, changes, and/or withdraw entirely, any and all of the products and/or the services and/or other offerings described
   in this information at any time without notice.
9. PerspecSys does not grant any licenses to any copyrights, patents, know-how, or any other intellectual property rights by providing any information or other content on the Site.
10. DO NOT SEND any confidential or proprietary information to PerspecSys through the Site. It is important to note that any information or material sent to PerspecSys through the Site will be deemed NOT to be confidential. By sending PerspecSys any information or material through the Site, you grant PerspecSys a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable and unrestricted license to utilize the information or materials, and the ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained within them, in any manner, and for any purpose, whatsoever. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PerspecSys, its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site.
12. Information that PerspecSys publishes on the World Wide Web may contain references to PerspecSys products, programs, or services that are not announced or available in your country or area. Such references do not imply that PerspecSys intends to announce such products, programs or services in your country or area. Please contact PerspecSys via the Site Contact Us page for information regarding the products, programs, or services which may be available to you.
13. PerspecSys makes no representations whatsoever about any other Web site that you may access through the Site. When you access a non-PerspecSys Web site, even one that may contain the PerspecSys logo, that site is independent from PerspecSys and PerspecSys has no control over the content on that Web site. In addition, a link to a non-PerspecSys Web site does not mean that PerspecSys endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content, or the use, of such Web site.

Governing laws and jurisdiction

The Site is controlled by PerspecSys Inc, Orangeville, Ontario Canada. Any legal matter arising between you and PerspecSys arising from the use and/or contents of the Site shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada and by its courts exclusively.
